I took my Blade 120 SR to the local park right now. It was windy but I wanted to see how it would do in those conditions. Climate.COM showed the wind at 16 mph out of the North with gusts to 21. The 120 SR handled it fine except a single time it got away from me when turning crosswind and a gust hit. I hit the ground pretty hard but there was no damage. I cannot say the identical factor would have happened with my Blade SR or Blade 400. This is a fun helicopter. It flies considerably better outdoors in the wind than the mSR does. This is flight #1 of 2. #2 began right right after the crash at the finish of video #1. I just picked the 120 SR up, set it on the skids and took off once again. It’s a blast.

The E-Flite Blade MCX Helicopter is a amazing starter remote manage (RC) helicopter. But… it employs 4 AA batteries to charge the little LiPo battery that powers the Helicopter. I didn’t like that. Hi folks, Finally after 3 days full of problems with Youtube, I was able to load the second episode. In this Part 2 , I showed how the heli has behaved in relation with the different RPM ( I tested 2000,2200 and 2400 ). At the end I decided to leave and flight with 2400 RPM, in order to compensate the extra 100 grams achieved with the new Fiberglass Fuselage. If there is no wind, I can use without any problem also 2200 rpm but if the wind situation changes, without any doubt….2400 rpm is better. Personally, I’m really impressed by the result achieved, flight with this new fuselage body is really amazing, believe me….also the sound changed…now seems to have a little turbine….heli best regards Fabio
